Having spent 10 years purposefully lost in the enchanting highlands of Central America, the artist immersed himself alongside witches and shamans, living without power in the heart of the rainforest. It was a transformative journey, disconnecting from the modern world and rediscovering a profound connection with nature.

Eventually, he returned to civilization, finding solace and reflection at Lake Atitlan. Here, he contemplated what he had left behind in this newly rediscovered paradigm of full technology and constant distraction. However, the pull of the wild remained strong, and he couldn’t escape the regrets of returning to society.

With no way to find his old tribe or teacher, the artist found himself battling the ghosts of doubt that took root in the caverns of his mind. They offered new distractions, fighting amongst themselves for his attention. It was within this internal struggle that his art truly took form.

Drawing inspiration from the clash between the old and the new, the artist’s creations embody a fusion of ancient wisdom and futuristic vision.
